Ion can pick up an enemy Northstar's tethers from the ground.

• Picked-up tethers are invulnerable to any damage.

• Picked-up tethers have their lifetime set to 10s.

• It helps to crouch and "wiggle" the shield a bit during tether pickup.

Northstar should attempt to place the tethers where Ion cannot pick them up
